Soul Flow

 

Learn the connection of breathe to each pose, meditation as you move  through a flow  curated to the sounds of a live DJ or playlist based on the theme of the day.


Yin

 

Enjoy a slower practice that puts emphasis on long-held poses, which focuses on stretching the deeper connective tissue. 


Foundations of Flow

 

These classes will allow students to deepen their own practice through learning meditation, types of yoga and how to build their own flow.
